    whatsyrdamage I want to write another post once everything is finished w/ more cost/process info, but the shed was $8,748 for our 10x16 configuration, which included permitting and install. One weird detail was that there was no sales tax because we were installing on an existing slab.

      whatsyrdamage For the AC, I wanted to do a mini-split, but ended up ordering a regular wall unit to simplify installation and save a bit on cost: homedepot.com/p/Keystone-8-000-BTU-115-Volt-Through-the-Wall-Air-Conditioner-with-Heat-and-Remote-KSTAT08-1HC/301918762
